Internet massively slower than advertised. Hotel is also much smaller than the photos and is really bad value compared to other hotels in San Juan. The room feels very un-private due to one way windows as the cheaper rooms, of which I reserved one, are on the ground floor and saw homeless man right outside the window on arrival. Plus the walls are very thin so kept getting woken up by guests coming back at all hours. I tried to cut my stay short due to these problems having booked it last minute for four days, and wanted to stay one night. They wouldn't let me and instead laughed on the phone about needing to 'read the contract'. Bad hospitality and I cannot recommend staying here.

Great for a layover

Overall, the place was good. It was a great place for a layover while waiting for Cruise. The management communicated very effectively and provded great tips and recommendations. Very easy checkin at any hour. Although accomidations were tight, they were clean, and well maintained.

This property was exactly as described, super easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to provided us with a few extra pillows. Check in/out was so smooth, we felt safe in the area, and were glad to have a designated lot for parking due to nearly no street parking available.
