I had a great stay at Calizo VIP House! The room was clean, the area was nice and quiet, and it was really close to the beach, which was a huge plus. Overall, everything was comfortable. I did have a small issue during my stay, but the owners responded quickly and took care of it right away. I really appreciated that. Overall, I had a great stay and definitely recommend this place!

The place is very clean. Having dual temperature controls and 2 TVs was awesome. Coffee set up was also nice. A bit of a struggle figuring how to get in, but the host showed up to show us how it works. Bring your own hair dryer if you need one.

Overall, we had a very good experience at Calizo VIP Guest House. The property was comfortable, pleasant, and provided a nice atmosphere for our stay. There was one maintenance issue that I believe is worth mentioning: the bathtub was clogged, and I actually had to unclog it myself in order to use it properly. While this was a bit inconvenient, it did not define our overall experience. I would simply recommend that the property pay a little more attention to checking drains and other maintenance details before guests arrive. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and overall we had a positive experience. With a little extra attention to these small details, it can be an even better stay for future guests. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property is beautiful and the host did a great job at recommending great places to visit such as restaurants and beaches. If something was wrong, the host would communicate with you so you can feel supported. Location does not come with a kitchen, but there is a microwave and refrigerator. Lastly, there is a jacuzzi, spacious patio, air condition, and parking. I strongly recommend this location if you want to explore Fajardo.

Perfect location. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Staff were friendly. There was a bit of confusion when we arrived as you need to give them another cc on file to get a code for entry. It’s a guest house and not a hotel so there’s no staff onsite but the host was very responsive, helpful, and friendly.

I had an enjoyable stay at the Calizo Guest House and would definitely stay there again. Considering the cleanliness, excellent A/C, location, walkable distance to the beach, and helpful host, I give this boutique hotel a solid 4.5 out of 5. It was better than some resorts I have stayed at before. The pool was great and the landscaping was eye-catching. I only take off a half a point because in being a boutique hotel, there are not as many amenities as a resort (although it had exactly what we were looking for) and because paying the security deposit over phone rather than via a more direct method was something to which I was not accustomed. But I can assure others who are considering this location that it is a legitimate business and my stay was quite comfortable.

Cute Place, But My Experience Was Disappointing Calico VIP Guest House has a lot of character. The colorful walls, courtyard, fountain, and little decorative touches give it a cute Caribbean feel. I also felt safe while staying there, and that’s something I genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, the rooms were a different story. The first room had a strong mildew smell. Although the second room smelled better, I ended up dealing with a serious flooding issue that turned my stay into a stressful experience. There were approximately three inches of water covering my hotel room floor, and around 50 gallons of water had to be removed from the room. My clothes inside my suitcase got wet, and my passport was damaged. I waited 11 hours for someone to inspect the room and 12 hours for my room to be changed. Imagine being on vacation and spending that much time trying to get your accommodations sorted out instead of enjoying your trip. What made the situation even more frustrating was the host’s response. When I contacted her, I was told the moisture was caused by the air conditioners being turned off and that both units needed to stay on to eliminate condensation. However, after I shared a video showing the condition of the room, the explanation was still condensation. Given the amount of water on the floor and the approximately 50 gallons that had to be removed, I found that explanation difficult to accept. This was far beyond a little moisture or a minor inconvenience, especiall

Well located within walking distance to the beach and the Estacion restaurant. Rooms are very clean, with slightly weird but harmless modern decor. There's a nice courtyard and a small pool. Rooms vary, but ours had two porches, one overlooking the pool and one overlooking the garden/patio area. Pay attention to the check in procedure, there is no desk onsite, you need to give them a card for incidentals ahead of time and then they send an entry code.

The place is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and very cozy. The hotel itself is extremely cute. However there’s cameras everywhere, no sign on privacy and the rules are to the extreme. Would I book again, probably not.
