Customer service was outstanding! We mentioned that our first room had an unpleasant smell, and the staff addressed the issue immediately. They even upgraded us to one of the nicest suites we’ve ever stayed in, which made our experience even more special. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast featured delicious, traditional Filipino dishes. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

We are happy with our room at 231 for family room. Since everyone is happy and the view is amazing we extend our stay. But the receptionist mentioned that 231 was no longer available so they the 208 from the old building with the sane price. Bit disappointed because room smaller then 231 and not upgraded or as beautiful like 231 with same price. Other than that all is perfect. Staff, views and food was perfect.

There are two buildings and the newer one is nicer and clearly well maintained. Having beach access was great, would be nice if the hotel could provide shade or umbrellas so you can hang out at the beach. The breakfast buffet gave plenty of options. I’ll definitely be coming back for the mango smoothie and the mais con yelo.

Second to none

Hotel facilities are good compared to other hotels in the area. The hotel restaurant is 24hrs, the infinity pool was very nice, as well as the sports bar. The beach is by far what makes the hotel a great place to stay.

Beautiful hotel on the beach with a large swimming pool. The beach is nice and clean and very walkable to nearby bars and restaurants. The staff here is friendly and do their best to make your stay enjoyable. Our room was large and very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
