We have stayed here before about 4 years ago. It was in better shape, the pool bar was attended well, and there were towels at the pool. This time we had to ask 3 times for towels to be brought to the pool area (where you are only allowed to use pool towels) before they finally brought them. There is nobody at the pool bar serving and it’s 1 PM on a weekend. We will be unlikely to return to this hotel in the future.

Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights for my boyfriend's birthday. The room was very clean. The staff was so nice! The amenities were amazing! We did have a small issue getting towels for pool but a staff member was very helpful with that. We were very close to everything, maybe 8 minutes from the beach. We rode scooters from the hotel to get there. The shuttle was very helpful as well and helped us save money. I would definitely recommend but please be aware of the $30 a day fee.
