One of my favorite things about this hotel is how convenient the location is. Everything feels just minutes away. The view from the rooftop is amazing and the food at the rooftop restaurant was really great (a little bit pricey). Beautiful rooms too, very clean and well kept.

I had such an amazing stay at Alma Hotel in Old San Juan! The location is absolutely perfect — everything was walkable, from the historic streets and forts to great restaurants and nightlife. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very clean with such a chic boutique vibe. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and the rooftop area was definitely a highlight. The views were stunning, especially at sunset, and the rooftop restaurant and pool created such a relaxing atmosphere.

5 stars across the board! Great location. Seems to be on a safe area! And next to the Castillo San Cristóbal and a short walk to the beach at Escambron. Clean, free water and coffee pods every day! The cafe has great breakfast and coffee too!

The room was pretty cozy, clean and with all the toiletries, I was actually surprised with all that they provided, compared with a big chain hotel lately, that they only offer the essentials. All the staff was really nice and attentive. The hotel its pretty nice itself, and the location it’s great, cuz you can just walk & explore old San Juan.

The hotel was very nice, and the staffing was were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The grounds were well-maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only concern was that the towels and wash clothes appeared discolored, which made the them look like they were not properly washed. It was unpleasant to dry up with the towels. I would recommend that the hotel replaced them or use a whitening treatment to improve the towels. This small change will make a big difference in overall quality.

Quaint small hotel but rooms weee big. Clean, modern and best central location to everything in old Adan Juan. 2 blocks from pier, two blocks from the Moro, shopping and restaurants. Ate at Cafe el Pubti and the food could not have been any better with very decent prices. Exceptional. We parked at the big parking station for $24 from 6 overnight till check out 3 blocks away

My stay was okay. We were mainly in the hotel to shower, dress, and sleep. The only amenity we used was the pool, there’s not much amenities to access. The WiFi didn’t work. The restaurant staff on the rooftop were way more helpful. Someone walked into our room without knocking then claimed she’s the supervisor. I could had been in the nude. That was very unprofessional, I wouldn’t stay here again .
