The personal kitchen was great. The self service laundry room was a plus! Mattress could be a bit comfier and the shower pressure could be better but nonetheless a fine place to stay.

Apartment was very clean. Ample amount of towels. Great location with it only being a 5 minute walk to the main strip. Only thing to point out was the hot water not working for the shower, but it did work for the kitchen and bathroom sink faucets.

Definitely clean room..directions could also mention there are two pedestrian walk ways the one with the driveway was the one that had my keys. Also the back patio has so much green algae or mildew not sure but it made sitting outside a bit tough and it had standing water which is tough by itself to keep mosquitos down. Aside from that loved the location close to everything and walkable to most popular areas.

the apartment is very nice, its in a fabulous location (we felt very safe). It was dirty and there were bugs in all the beds. they should definitely hire a new cleaning company, the couches were heavily stained, there was clothing and dirt left under the beds. We could never get comfortable because it was dirty. No water pressure in rainfall shower heads which makes it impossible to fully clean yoiraelf or rinse off. Depending on the time of day there was no hot water. we eneded up showering at our friends room in la concha to get fully cleaned. check in and check out was perfect.

The apartment was beautiful and in a great location. We were able to walk to local restaurants, the casino, and Walgreens. The management team was attentive and had an excellent response rate. Instructions were detailed and easy to follow. We will definitely be staying again!

This was our first time in Puerto Rico and I'm glad we found this place. It was perfect for our group because it had two rooms with their own bathrooms and the kitchen was useful. This was within walking distance to a Walmart and there were lot of food places nearby (Wendy's, IHOP, Burger King, Pizza Hut, etc) and also some local restaurants too. We were also within walking distance to Condado Beach. Overall we would stay here stay again!

Our stay felt right at home! We loved the walkable restaurants we could go to. Smooth instructions were given and easy to follow. The hot water wasn’t working for us at first but we addressed it and they were able to help us fix it right away! I would definitely recommend anyone traveling to PR to stay here!

I had a fantastic stay at this vacation apartment! The space was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful at night. Very quiet area. Lovely shops around to walk to and the apt was clean and functional. Lights flickered a couple times as power went in and out but overall very happy with the stay. Stayed 8 nights and was very happy!

Property was clean and accommodating. Initially getting into the units lock box for the keys was inconvenient due to the lock box being stuck shut. Another resident ended up helping free the lock box after 30 minutes of trying. Would stay here again.
