I gave this hotel the rating I did because there was no valet parking and it was all full. We carried our bags from the hotel across the streets parking lot that was allowing I’m and out customers. We paid $42 dollars for the lot at the Sheraton and the front desk guy said when we came back from dinner to check and see if his hotel was still full! Like we’re trying to carry our bags from across the street and pay an additional amount to park with them. No thanks Hotel was beautiful and the beds were great. When I pay to stay I want it to be a good experience and this was not. Most likely will use a different hotel for our next ball game.

Every one that worked with us was great. The door man to the desk clerk to the gentleman that helped us with our bags. The location was very good for downtown SanJose, a lot of things within walking distance.We would stay here again.

All the staff was super helpful and personable! The room was nice overall but we weren't a fan of the fact that the bathroom doors don't have a lock and there's a pretty noticeable gap between them. We had problems with our TV as well but didn't have much need of it anyway. Other than that the room and lobby amenities were clean and nice though!

What a great stay in San Jose. It was the perfect location for restaurants , drinks & close to the airport. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room service had great options and super fast. I would highly recommend.
