No me gusto que me cargaran por el paqueo $102 dólares cuando claramente me dijeron el día que ingresamos que el parqueo estaba incluido en dos ocaciones preguntamos a personas diferentes y nos dijeron que si estaba incluido pero al entregar la recamara nos dijo el caballero que nos recibió la entrega que las personas que nos dijeron que si estaba incluido eran empleados nuevos y que no sabían por lo cual pagamos $102 dólares por parqueo

Hola Leticia. Lamento el malentendido. El aparcamiento no estaba incluido en la tarifa reservada. Háganos saber si tiene un correo electrónico de confirmación que diga algo diferente.

We enjoy our stayed too bad it was only one night so we were not able to use all their amenities.

They have the best mattresses I EVER have slept on. The view from 24th floor was gorgeous. I slept and rested really well. And it's literally annexed to the San Jose Conference Center. Breakfast isn't particularly great though.

The property was under construction while we where there. They offered us no compensation

Hi, I am so sorry for your experience. We are done with the worst part of the renovation and only have to install new furniture, which will be complete in March. We hope you'll give us another chance next time you are in San Jose.

Great time at the NY party that was thrown at the Marriott. My only complaint was there was no body towels in my room. Only hand and face towels. Had to call down after drying with a small hand towel. I should have checked first.
