amazing stay, very new hotel w beautiful views from the 10th floor, staff spoke and understood english… if you’re not planning on staying in the san jose area

Restaurant service was awful. As a single woman with more than 2 nickels to rub together, I felt I was put on the back burner. Several tables who arrived well after I did were served their food way before mine came out. I believe I waited 45 minutes after ordering soup and a burger before it was served. Staff was very friendly but i had to practically beg to order, get my food and pay. The food was so, so. I gave them a credit card but never saw a bill or was given a receipt. Room was ok. Utilitarian is the best description. Bed was comfortable.
