Our stay at Radisson San José was a great experience overall. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from downtown, which made it easy for us to explore the city on foot each day. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The room for size was spacious but unfortunately, the cleanliness and amenities were disappointing. The bath mat was riddled with mould and the bathroom was grotty overall. The room was missing several amenities and we had to visit reception to gey these ourselves.
