Very beautiful property with an awesome view of the city from the pool! There was no air conditioning in my room but I had a fan and the temps were pretty mild. I would stay here again.

First impressions was “what have I got us into”! Location was not near much and not nearly what was depicted in photos. Booked a Superior Garden view that was in the basement but did have a walkout patio that was dirty and under water. Maids only cleaned when requested. Breakfast was minimal and tasteless. On the positive side the city view from the top floor was spectacular!

Absolutely beautiful inside and out!! Staff was wonderful. We were so tired from driving from Puerto Viejo to San Jose that we just stayed at the hotel the whole night. So we didn't venture out, we just doordashed dinner to the hotel. Breakfast was great! Quiet area away from the hussle of the big city. Great views. The only downfall was parking but we didn't have any real issues with it because the staff had it organized, there was just limited space. Would definitely recommend and we would not hesitate to stay again!
