This hotel is in the center of San José with private and secure parking. The family suite was super clean, spacious and perfect for our family of 5. We only stayed one night before leaving for the southern zone but we were very happy with this stay and would recommend!

The property itself was nicely appointed, but was lacking in certain basics such as tissues and the TV, only had 2 or three channels that were in English. The bedding in this hotel was pretty good and we were able to get a good nights sleep. It was a good hotel, but seemed to be in a seedy part of town.

We were just staying here for an extra day we had in San Jose, so we weren't looking for anything special, but it certainly met our needs and was affordable. Put it this way: we stayed at a different place that was more expensive on the back end of our trip, and we wished we had just booked this place again! The area itself is nothing special, but if you like to walk (we do), we consider it reasonable walking distance to the main pedestrian/shopping areas.

We had the best stay at this hotel. We received complementary drinks and a discount on one of our meal during our stay. This was a 10 out of 10 stay. The hotel staff was amazing welcoming and very attentive. Joanna the afternoon front desk staff was utterly amazing she help me set up my boyfriend excursion during our 5 day stay for his birthday. The hotel has an amazing restaurant as all our meals were on point. The breakfast was also a plus. We have a great overall experience room services and staff made our stay amazing. Our room was ready awaiting our early check in as our view was just amazing. The only thing and it’s not that big was that there were only two English television stations available as I needed something to watch late night to fall asleep. Overall, this was an amazing hotel, amenities were on point and I will highly recommend everyone to stay as we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel; it is located close to the park and central market. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The food was really good at this hotel, even better than some of the restaurants in the area. It is always good to know a little of the language you’re traveling too. It was perfect for me to practice my Spanish but there was slight miss understanding at the end. It turns it out it was my fault but I wish there was someone there to explain it to me. Everything worked out and I would recommend this place for location, staff and food!

I didn’t get the queen bed room I reserved, instead they gave me a double bed room, when I asked they said they didn’t have it and asked if I wanted a junior suite that was more expensive. They never apologized or offered another room similar to what I had reserved. We were very disappointed but had to take it. The hotel has one restaurant, the breakfast was Ok. Food is very expensive
