We stayed for a night at the family suite on November 20th and checked out the next day. The AC wasn’t giving all the coolness in the room, it’ll probably be better if we opened the windows at night because it was hot in the room with the one bed. And one of my sons bent down to get something on the floor and found plastic of 1 sliced bread, lipstick with tissue that had lipstick stain on, a kids toy and some Other stuff that I took a picture of. Bottom of the refrigerator was a bottle of Pepsi half full and under the bed in the other room were grapes. I would suggest if the management can look into that and ensure that the cleaners are doing their job well in cleaning and clearing of rooms and also if the AC can be fixed and if a ceiling fan as well can be mounted. The garbage as well needs to be cleared and not be dumped by the parking lot. It’s the hotels presentation and how it looks and managed and well taken care of reflects on the owner/management.
That’s what was under the bench as I mentioned in my review.

I saw lots of potential. I like the lay out of the original floor plan. In need of cosmetic up grade with the kitchen, by the way i love the original floor plan in the kitchen. I did see some graffiti on the kitchen cabinets its faint but it is visible. In need of blinds in the kitchen window. Again i am astonished on how large this room was. You could look into putting fans in the bathrooms for when showering. Over all put some blinds in the kichen along with some pots and pans in the kitchem and id come back. Thank you for trying.. i did enjoy my stay.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Check in was at 3, we got there before 3 and had to wait till 5 because the room was not ready, supposedly it was being cleaned. There was no bathroom in the lobby, they were sending customers to the restaurant on the premises who was refusing to let us use it. When we finally got into our room, the bathroom floor was filthy. The sink water pressure was super low. The toilet had a hard time flushing and the dresser drawer handle was broken and just hanging there. There was no iron or hairdryer in the room even though I called in advanced and was told there was, so I was depending on that and didn’t bring my own. There was no water in the pool and despite the name, I didn’t see a single rose, the grass was dry and brown. Nothing like the online photos. Very disappointing.

Really enjoyed my stay! The staff let me check in 30 minutes early which was really nice. The cleaning staff was super nice! I am bummed the pool isn’t operational but other than that it’s a great stay especially for the price

It was a fair price, clean bed and bathroom. It was quiet in the hotel and outside around the area. It was an easy walk to the SAP center and the Egyptian museum and places to eat.

The Best 2-Star Hotel

Stayed the night for the Sharks game. SAP Center/Arena just a 15-20 minute walk. Rooms were good size and clean. Super hot shower. Had microwave, refrigerator and coffe maker. What else could you ask for in a 2-Star hotel, especially that cheap. I'll stay there every time I'm in town.
