We chose to stay in the treehouse and had an excellent time. It’s very rustic! The pools and hot tubs are quite worn down and we chose not to use them, but we wanted a treehouse experience and boy did we get it for a very reasonable cost. There is a security guard which makes it feel safer. There is a restaurant on site which made it easy. Food was just ok for us. Still giving a great rating because we had such a fun experience. Beds are like rocks and pillows are huge and sucked but for one night, it was perfect for the authentic experience of a treehouse. They don’t speak English so be prepared to translate.

What breakfast offers does not include, does not include towels, dirty and destroyed furniture, torn sheets, spider webs and spiders in quantity, broken cabinets, floors, dirty windows, and there is cable, no air conditioning and it heats a lot since it is all windows glass, We don't sleep a night, the dog barks night and day.

Overall the property would be nice if they did some major upgrades. The jacuzzi doesn’t work properly and when we asked for help it took them a long time. The rooms are in need of major upgrades the beds were terrible the shower had no warm water and the sink was leaking water.

I stayed there for 5 days. There’s no AC so it’s very hot during the day and you’re freezing at night. The pools are dirty and the jacuzzis even worse. The place needs lots of work. The outside it’s beautiful to walk around, but definitely would not stay here again. The restaurant has decent food, but the staff was not too friendly. There’s no one at the reception after 7pm so if you need anything you’re out of luck until the following day. Towels are only provided if you request them and only one per guest. They were dirty and smelled funny too. If you’re staying here def bring your own towels and extra blankets. The beds were not comfortable and pillows were super hard. I stayed at the tree house. Even though it’s beautiful to look out from the outside, the inside needs lots of work. The hot tub looked filthy.

Las piscinas sucias, literalmente da asco meterse al agua cafe, tirarse por los toboganes y caer en un estanque de truchas parecia , super sucia el agua y se nota mucho la falta de mantenimiento se ve viejo y abandonado las piscinas en general( ojo es su mayor atracción) en el restaurante los saloneros peleaban entre ellos y la habitación nos caia el agua del jacuzi de la habitación de arriba.

Honestamente no fue tan malo pero definitivamente no lo que esperábamos, cuando llegamos nos dimos cuenta que habían reservado nuestra habitación, la muchacha de la recepción fue muy amable nos dieron otra (era un poco más cara pero no fue tan buena experiencia) nos quedamos en las habitaciones frente a la piscina, era 0 privada las cortinas no eran full blackout si no que transparentaba un poco, el jacuzzi de la habitación no funcionaba y el agua caliente tampoco, además estas habitaciones no contaban con WIFI estuvimos conectados al bar que está justo arriba. Respecto a las piscinas había gente borracha por todas partes y aveces dejaban basura frente a la habitación. Como recomendación lleven su propia comida ya que en nuestra opinión el restaurante no cuenta con opciones tan variadas y los precios son altos, ya que nuestra habitación contaba con una refri una buena adición a eso sería un microondas. Tampoco recomiendo mucho el “desayuno tipo buffet” ya que enrealidad no hay opciones y para mi mala suerte el primer día tocó pinto y huevo con demasiados olores y condimentos. Lo mejor de nuestra estadía definitivamente fue el canopy, los muchachos son amables y creo que es bastante seguro. Al final la experiencia no es tan mala, en general el personal es amable y hay varias actividades para hacer en familia

Preis-/Leistung passt, Hotel war für eine Zwischenübernachtung vollkommen ausreichend. Ansonsten eher was für Familien. Die Pools waren nur ca. hüfthoch und sehr voll. Das Badezimmer war leicht schimmelig, aber ansonsten war das Zimmer gut und sauber. Personal war freundlich, konnte aber nur spanisch.

Bizarre place. Like someone just let a bunch of artist friends go nuts on the grounds here. Signage was poor and reception staff mediocre at best (a lot of just staring at guests?!). The treehouse was kinda cute but some seriously big cockroaches that might have been better kept out if the door actually fit the door frame. Worth a stroll around the grounds, if only for the stories.

Mala experiencia

Camas muy duras y nada confortables, no hay cobijas y cuando pedimos cobijas porque pasamos una noche demasiado fría, nos dieron sábanas. La habitación traquea y olía mucho a gas. No funcionaba la televisión, ni el agua caliente ni la bañera de hidromasaje. El café del desayuno es horrible. Para comprar desayuno/comida debes caminar 150 metros hasta la recepción y volver al área de desayuno y si olvidaste pagar algo, debes volver hasta la recepción. La atención de las empleadas de recepción fue muy deficiente. Gimnasio en mal estado. No tienen salvavidas, ni seguridad interna.
