GOOD STOPOVER HOTEL

This is a good place, very reasonable and with free airport transfers which all worked out well for all seven of us, right near the central plaza of Alajuela, a good alternative from going into San Jose. The rooms are very basic, but the services was great and all worked well for all of us.

Do not rely on the “24/7 shuttle service” we had to find our way to and from the airport as they were not responsive or not available. I even tried asking them if I could schedule an airport pickup ahead of time and they said no just wait someone will answer, but that did not happen. However, the place was pretty clean and the breakfast was nice and convenient

The hotel is very well situated. It is clean, the pool is beautiful and the breakfast was good. There is a nice place about 200m away where you can find about 7-8 restaurants. The shuttle service is also reliable and great.
