this was an old hotel but the remodeled. and kept the charm parking was interesting but they have a valet that is very friendly and helpful the rooms and lobby were great and walking distant to old spaghetti factory this was 5 stars and i would recommend it

Fabulous hotel in a prime location. The room I got was very nice. Illy coffee and Illy machine in the room. Bar in lobby but I did not go in.

Would love to give five stars, but they seemed understaffed for a Saturday night with a sold out show at SAP. The employees that were there were doing their best and were all very friendly. The hotel is very nice and is in a great location, we would definitely come back.
