We stayed here due to its location to the airport. Next time i will spend a few more dollars to be in a nicer place. people were very nice, Pura Vida

It is only 5 minutes away from the airport, we don't have to worry about missing flights due to traffics or a expensive taxi. Meals are not expensive so the price is good for transferring between cities in the country.

The hotel itself it’s beautiful but it seems it was under maintenance. The staff is friendly:)! There is a really good restaurant called La Casona Rio right down the street. You can literally walk there and you can tell them Pedro (Nicaragua) recommended you to go eat there. You are going to love it:-)

The location near airport was great and easy to get to by taxi. The staff, especially owner/manager, was incredibly helpful and saved us lots of money with drivers to destinations. Property was interesting but ok, kinda noisy. English speaking manager.

We stayed 2 nights, not consecutively, on our vacation and it was a comfortable and beautiful place to stay. But what made it really special is the owner, Henri. He gave us travel tips and places to stop along our way! We ended up having a lovely conversation with him and found out that he made all of the tables and chairs, and the wood decor for the entire hotel! It was truly a unique place to lay our heads for a night or two.

The impression gained from the web is misleading. The staff were welcoming and charming, it was clean but our room on the street was very noisy all night. There is no restaurant on site although we were recommended others. We didn’t have breakfast as we’re leaving early. Helpful staff ordered taxi to airport for us. Expensive.

The place itself was unique, but it seems as though there was only one other couple there and they put us in the outhouse. It was like a terrible addition that was later made to the hotel. When I went to check out at 8:30 in the morning, I was looking around and noticed every single room inside was empty. Why didn't we get a room inside the building? We checked in at 7:30 pm (not that late). The one staff member there was not very friendly and made us feel as though we were a big bother. The bed and sheets were clean, so we stayed since we had an early flight out. The place looks old and obviously mismanaged. One star is being nice. Would never recommend to anyone. Have no idea why anyone would give 5 stars. Don't let those mislead you.
