The property is clean and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful. We really loved the fact that we could access several restaurants that were in close walking proximity of the hotel. We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. We had 3 rooms, were a family of 9 including children and we loved our stay. The hotel is very modern, very clean and the staff go above and beyond. The male staff downstairs are all so helpful, the receptionists are great and the breakfast buffet staff were so great. We used the gym and sauna which were well kept. The temperature of the swimming pool was warm and we loved that. Good location, we were able to walk to food spots for dinner every night.

Super easy to get to from the airport but still central to San Jose, great amenities —particularly the Cloud Restaurant and pool, and modern, spacious rooms. Our room had an amazing view as well! I feel the food was over priced especially for location. We paid 250$ for one meal which we only got 2 cups tortilla soup , 2 martinis, one salmon enteee. But other than that felt safe and had a good time and great service for all 10 hours we were there. It was crazy our meal cost as much as our one night stay. But amazing service :)
