The property itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a long stay, but what really made the difference was the incredible staff. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and taken care of, which made a lasting impression. It’s not often you find such consistent, high-quality service over an extended stay. This was a really great place to stay for a couple of days in the San Jose area. We got extremely lucky with a stadium-facing view on the 18th floor and could look right down onto the football field. There is a rooftop pool and a really nice gym with equipment facing the stadium, which is so cool. Free underground parking for hotel guests that was easy to get in and out of. Check in and check out were easy; we even checked in very late (11pm) with no problem. A few restaurants within walking distance and just a 10-15 minute drive into the city (or 10-15 minute drive to the airport).
