Clean room, responsive friendly staff, very accommodating. Only one negative point - online photos show a washer and dryer, which they no longer have. That aside, I will be staying here again on my next trip. I was here for just shy of 2 weeks as the room rate presents good value.

Great stay for the price. Problem with my room key - it didn't open up the breakfast room and the front desk worker tried to rescan the key but it still didn't work during my entire stay. I had to knock on the door to have someone open it for me. It was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was great!

The room was a decent size, clean and updated. However, wallpaper was peeling at the seams in several areas. Breakfast was mediocre. I expected better. There was one waffle maker, sausage, links, and bland eggs. They also had yogurt and some pastries. The sausage was too salty. The breakfast room was rather warm. Better quality sausage, eggs, and offering potatoes would be an improvement. The hotel was fairly quiet and felt secure. I would stay there again, but would hope for an improved quality breakfast.

The main service was exceptional. They had very old TVs no smart TV wasn’t very quiet. The walls are paper thin… it looked like there had been water damage in the room. The wallpaper was bubbling wasn’t very nice, but the staff made up for that.

The receptionist was kind enough to let me email her my ID as not slept for 34 hours prior to check in, she let me charge my mobile phone. The vietnamese staff who allowed a 1200 check out was a different story, she was nice at first but towards the end she couldn't wait for a few minutes for the room access card whilst I was already out of the door. She was just standing there as ( was rummaging

The staff was amazing. The maids were exceptional, but they need to update their property. They need smart TVs in the room so people could download Netflix or something other than watching TV cause there was nothing on and they need to update the rooms the carpets need to pull out redone. The wallpaper needs to be torn off and redone. They were very ran down.

Perfect place for my 4-day stay in this area....including wifi, breakfast room. & even jacuzzie. Fun combination of walkable barrio vibe and eateries and verfy Silicon Valley guests. Only minor improvement:-- front desk folks while efficient, seemed a bit barricaded by the clear plexiglass "front dedk" window.

We liked the place. The lobby was gorgeous like a castle 😬. Breakfast is decent. Minor issue was with the room config. Sink is outside the bathroom, “beside” the bed, but as I said minor issue for us. Staff were helpful and cheerful. No complaints. No problem staying here again.
