Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The floors were visibly dirty and disgusting, the bed sheets had noticeable stains, and there was no hot water during our stay. The staff were also difficult to find at check-in, as they were by the pool rather than at the entrance. We understand that Costa Rica is a Spanish-speaking country and have no issue with that, but for a hotel located near the airport, we expected at least some basic English communication to assist with check-in and hotel information. The listing also mentions parking, but parking is actually very limited and appears to consist of only a few spaces directly in front of the hotel. This was not what we expected based on the description. Overall, the location may be convenient for the airport, but the cleanliness, lack of hot water, limited parking, and communication issues made this a disappointing stay. Hopefully, the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.

These photos look like they are AI generated and they look nothing like the actual property. I booked this place last minute and no one came to check us in. Rang the bell. Dogs barking. No one. I disputed this charge on Expedia unsuccessfully. Do not waste your money on this terrible hotel that looks nothing at all like these photos.
