The property itself was beautiful with well-maintained landscaping and cultural murals. The staff were kind, easily approachable, and went above and beyond to accommodate. The rooms, while a bit dated, were highly- functional with the added benefit of a fully complete kitchen and stackable washer and dryer (which you have to supply the dish and laundry soap). The only downside was that the floors were quickly dirty and that the hot shower was rather lukewarm which I suspect is more cultural. Again, I would easily recommend this hotel and would readily return.

The property is very nice, comfortable and 24 hr gate security. No one can and will get past the entry gate if you are not a guest. Very quiet, clean and AC worked wonderfully 💯. The water went out a few times but this comes with the country happenings .. Staff very nice and helpful. You will need a car or UBER to move around. FYI driving in Costa Rica is a nightmare .. please consider your plans. I am a native but live in the US.. would definitely stay again .

I thought it was good, room was clean had everything we needed. Air conditioning worked well other then it was loud. Didn't bother me tho I was just there to sleep I would go back. My stay here was very short. We intended to stay for the week, but our minds changed after we arrived. The property is a bit dated. The rooms appeared clean. I could not sleep because you can hear the traffic outside and dogs barking through the night. The bathroom was very small and had mold in the grooves and ants. I made the staff aware. I was also told not to walk around at night because it was not safe. The staff were fine, but my family and I could not rest at ease so we checked out after only one night. I requested a refund for the nights that I didn’t stay, I’m still waiting.
