“The hotel was generally good, but some signs of aging were noticeable, such as the water slide being out of operation. The staff were very attentive and responded sincerely to our questions. Since the hotel offers a variety of services, I felt it would be helpful to research or inquire in advance to make the most of your stay. In other words, without prior preparation, you might miss out on some of the services provided, which could be a bit of a waste. If that happens, checking with the staff...

“we love staying at Serenti Hotel every time we are in Saipan. It's location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. Staff is friendly and room is clean and comfy. I would highly recommend staying there. Oh and the price is really affordable.”

“The access to the ocean is unbeatable! Irma and MJ are great hosts. They had my favorite room temp set for me when I arrived as if they knew somehow! The driveway is a little tricky to navigate but my Prius did the job just fine. My room was small, the bathroom in good condition, the furnishings in the room were nice. The main level room I had was a little musty/humid, so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to that. Overall, would go back!”
