Nice place but be prepared to walk! A lot. It took 4 elevators to get to our room. The place is like a maze. It's nice with awesome views! The pool is great too. No swimming on the beaches. The food wasn't good either. The only good food was Mexican night. They did a smoked food night, that was so expensive and very bad. Otherwise, the place is great I just wish I mentally prepared for so much walking!

Overall beautiful resort with stunning views and friendly staff. Really enjoyed the variety of amenities, including the re-purposed tennis courts into pickleball courts. The restaurants were average and prices seemed high, even for resort pricing. We stayed at the Baja Point and most amenities were located at the Westin next door, which required quite a bit of walking. The beach is beautiful to walk on, but you should definitely not swim in the ocean from this beach.

So, this is probably true for most hotels in Cabo, and not really a Westin issue, but the quality of what you get for your money just isn’t there. This hotel was perfectly adequate. I don’t know how else to describe it. The rooms were spacious, although not super new, at Baja Point. I was told constantly that I was upgraded to an oceanfront room. Yes, it’s beautiful. If you want an Instagrammable vacation, this place will do the trick. Like most hotels in Cabo, they offer a pool, but there is no swimmable beach. The hotel is going under a lot of construction, which, to be fair, they did disclose to me. The service is fine. The restaurant at Baja Point is extremely overpriced and has fairly mediocre food. The cantina downstairs at the bigger Westin is much better. Again, everything is adequate, but that’s all one can really say for this place.

I was overall pleased with Westin. However, I was surprised to discover that there are two properties on the land, one is the main property where I thought we would stay and the other is the side property called "Baja Point". Thankfully we were able to use the pools and restaurants and other amenities on the Westin side because that was the very reason I reserved the rooms at the Westin for this trip. The rooms at Baja Point were great as well but the pool area much smaller and the views not as spectacular. All in all everything was clean and nice and beautiful and went well. The food with room service was a bit blah though.

Absolutely great experience with the staff from the beginning to the end of our trip. I recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a one bedroom suite over looking the sea. The room had a spa on the large balcony over looking unobstructed view of the ocean.
