Convenient to bart and other public transport. Very nice staff. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was only one star. But lots of good places nearby. The area is a bit iffy, but I never felt uneasy. It's just not the most attractive for 3-4 blocks.

Nice place, simple neat & clean. Rooms very small for three people plus, breakfast was pastry’s, cereal, oatmeal & yogurt, coffee & juice. It was located on Main Street, which is close to many things. Just don’t turn the corner and go down Mission Street bad idea a lot of homeless in San Francisco kind of gross but has nothing to do with this hotel.

Easy process of checking in with very helpful staff. We were referred to a parking lot down the street as their parking wasn’t guaranteed. For a quick trip it was perfect. Room was clean and exactly what we needed. Helpful tip: get to the breakfast grab and go early, by the time we got there mostly everything was gone around 9:30AM. Overall it was a great stay!

Unique rooms. Very small with limited space to relax. Keep that in mind when booking. Breakfast selection was limited but enjoyable. Staff were nice, but keep in mind the place is heavily automated with digital check in and checkout.

Super cute rooms. Loved the vibe of the hotel! Staff was friendly. Parking was a nightmare. The area felt a little unsafe but no one bothered me when I was walking for transparency. Still best sleep I’ve had in a hotel in a long time!

The room was good for what it was for the evening. We had called and asked for a refrigerator and they brought up a makeup refrigerator which we thought was hilarious. The parking was also a little confusing but we got it figured out. Overall was a good hotel for the one night we were there.
