Tiny rooms but great location. Everything was clean and modern looking. Staff was available, but self check in kiosk worked fine. Great stay across from the Civic Center. Small room, but classy. The light switch took a bit to figure out (fast click vs long click for all features). Nice view on upper floor (paid extra for that). Near skid row... Count on nearby parking for $40/night... street parking is nearly impossible, even with handicap tag. Breakfast is minimal... suggest eating out. Price was right, though.
