This is a perfect place to stay in if you're looking for an affordable and clean room, and you don't mind hearing little noises like me. The best aspect of this inn is its location - it's basically in front of the wharf, big bus, boudin, and souvenir shops! There's also a 7eleven right in front of it.

Very worn down rooms. The heater had loose parts that were making lot of noise. It was impossible to sleep. We had to shut down the heater in the middle of night and sleep in cold. They only had a blanket and would charge me with $20 per night for an additional comforter. The location near fisherman's wharf is great. Gated parking is also great, though they charged me $30 per night for parking through Expedia. Because the cost of parking is still competitive compared to the near parking lot.

Room was old paint chipping, drywall cracks, old furnishings and fixtures. The location is prime and the price is reasonable but if you are very picky about certain things, for a few bucks more you can get a newer more modern room right across the street.
