My room was awesome, staff were awesome. Noisy outside but not heard in my room. Surrounding area has a lot of homeless I was ok with this as I’m used to it but if travelling with my son. I’d live further down the street. Not the hotels fault

Amazing location in downtown San Francisco few minutes away from Union Square, BART, metros, street cars amd buses The employees were really professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel and I’ll come back next time.
