Overall service is good, but the surroundings might be a little bit noisy, especially in the morning. Only takes 20min to Japantown. This place is very friendly for travelers.

Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good . Parking was ample and free. The front desk staff member ( Sonan)? was pretty nice and helped us with directions. The location is excellent if you want to experience the unfortunate side of SF .A lot of street people. A lot of restaurants and walking distance to union square and where.

This property has new updates so it was very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. The surrounding area was a little sketchy. There are A LOT of homeless people. We did a lot of walking and nothing happened but it did make us a little uneasy. And another upside was free parking which is hard to come by in the city.

The room was actually very nice and clean. Parking is extremely difficult unless you’ve rented a Fiat. There are limited parking spaces and concrete pillars in the way. Most times it took at least a few turns to maneuver in and out. We never were out early enough for breakfast. Breakfast is from 7-9. You cannot go out after dark on the streets. Homeless camps and drug deals abound, but if you leave in the morning and come home and stay in your room, we felt perfectly safe!!

I came from LA and we stay 3 days, the staff is really nice, the breakfast was so good, the price is really good because San Francisco can be really expensive, the property were clean and it was a nice place to stay and you would love to come back!!

A great little gem within walking distance from lots of places. The night manager and the day manager both of are fantastic & helpful. Great room size and breakfast. The only thing I found unpleasant was bloodstained blanket. I know it's tough to control everything but it should not be unnoticed given the size of it.

The property is very clean and organized. Free parking and breakfast. Due to the area, outside can be loud especially in the early morning hours but overall a great experience. Definitely worth the price and would recommend this hotel!

Top level parking is difficult to move around and lower level parking is very limited. Room 204's shower door was out of alignment and didn't fully shut properly. This caused the bathroom floor to be wet. Cleaning crew started at 6 a.m. which was a bit too early for us. Front desk staff is friendly.
