I’m quite irritated. This was the second time staying here and yet again had issues. 1st stay we got our room and it was never cleaned before checking in already left a review and got Marriott points which they knew would never be used. This time our phone was ringing throughout the night and finally had to unplug it. Nice place but they really need to get their act together.

Be extra careful when booking the non-refundable rooms... I had originally booked two rooms for the same day but somehow one of the rooms got reserved for a different day. I tried to get this fixed but they will not work with you at all. Expedia kept saying that if the hotel was willing to make the change we could but they were not willing to do a courtesy change. They don't understand what customer service means nor had any interest to help. Had no other choice than to book 3 rooms and wasted the cost for the one booked on the wront date-- and the hotel wasn't even that good. Never coming back.

Despite San Francisco being in the middle of a lockdown apparently, this hotel still made everything feel accommodating and luxurious! Valet was wonderful, knew me by name by the second day, and was able to pull my car around daily without having to show a ticket. The lobby bartender was very friendly and always kept my water refilled while sitting in the lobby lounge area (restaurant area was closed). Overall very pleased!
