Our room and the lobby were super clean, the woman at the desk was incredibly friendly, and the hotel is minutes away from Trader Joe's, CVS, and restaurants. It's also very close to the Millbrae BART station, and they offer parking at the hotel, as well. We'll definitely stay there again!

Excellent location…4min walk to bart station that takes u straight to Embarcadero it takes 34mins. Parking is free which is huge plus. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Continental breakfast is available on site for a price.

Very friendly staff. The rooms were fun and clean. One drawback was the counter space in the bathroom. There was basically none. It was great for an overnight stay, but I would need more space for a long term stay.

Great boutique hotel within walking distance to the Caltrain station. We’ve stayed at this property many times over the years and the rooms are consistently clean and staff is friendly. The latte/coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby is a nice treat after a chilly outing in the Bay Area.

This is our go-to place to stay when we are visiting family and friends in the Bay. Very quaint and charming place with free coffee and tea all day, a quiet dining area to chill, and clean rooms. Staff is friendly as well. Very near the airport - about 5-7 minutes away. Walking distance from the BART station and also a few restaurants. Go to Ipoh Malaysian resto nearby - so delicious!

Stayed here a few times in the past and it’s become my go to spot to stay when I visit the Bay Area. The location is is conveniently located near montage transit center. There a couple well known restaurants without n walking distance too. I wanted to thank Anna for her hospitality and warm welcome the last couple times I’ve stayed at the Ryan. She’s explained to me the hotel amenities and how to get into the city from the BART station. Exceptional customer service, thanks Anna.

We have booked at the Dylan Hotel at least three times. This hotel is one stop away from San Francisco International Airport on the BART. We like the convenience of the hotel so close to the BART station. The hotel is very nice and clean. They have a very nice outdoor patio to enjoy a glass of wine. It is within walking distance of the local restaurants. A clean and nice community.
