Hotel has very large and comfortable rooms. It's close to Chinatown, union square, restaurants and transportation to the whole city is a five to ten minute walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had questions.

Excellent service all around. Super fast check in, with upgrade and fee waved included. Room was superb. Top quality bed, furniture, bathroom etc. Excellent AC and quiet room 24/7. One of my best stays in ANY hotel in a long while. I stayed 5 days.

The hotel was very clean, nice amenity, and received a room upgrade to corner room with city view. Walkable area and lots of restaurant options.
