Love the building structure and how they keep it to its original old school feel. I was surprised but not having A/C in the rooms but the brick SF air kept the room cool while we had the window propped up. The restaurant was delicious and great service.

Room was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very polite and supportive. They even allowed to check-in 4-5 hours early without any extra charge. Breakfast was average. Definitely an old hotel needing a "fresh coat of paint". Met the needs of quiet place to sleep, but lacked many amenities I expected. I guess maybe the pics shown didnt fully align with how small the hotel actually was. Stayed on business but probably would not stay on personal time.

Our stay was ok, the bed is not very comfortable, and you can hear talking throughout the night. It’s really loud, so you hardly get a well rested sleep. The room overall can use some updating. The staff is nice and it’s clean overall.

Staff was nice. Hotel is older but seemed very clean. Not too far from Union Square. What ever you don’t go the other direction accidentally ended up in the Tenderloin pretty scary place. It’s on a busy street but surprisingly was quiet at night.
