Low price hotel in downtown San Francisco. The hotel itself is not bad. The breakfast was limited with only bread and cereal. Area around hotel has an aggressive homeless population so had to be careful whenever leaving the hotel. However it is a good location near transit, shops and dining.

The hotel is old but the room was clean. I had a minor maintenance issue with the shower door and they fixed it right away. It’s not the greatest neighborhood in SF but none of them are.

The property was just in the right spot. To the right there were lots of dining and shopping places.. you felt safe. On the left side further down the area was not good .. too many homeless . The hotel was close to metro.. trolleys. We walked at night and it was safe. Nice rooms

The hotel stay was very pleasant. Staff was friendly and responded quickly to any needs. Housekeeping was beyond terrific. The only thing we didn't like was that several of the outlets in our room had no current. Beyond that, the stay was quite good.

This Super 8 is a gem for a budget-conscious business traveler. Located by Union Square near a Hilton and other hotel chains, this place gives you everything you need for a fraction of the cost: clean room, updated bathrooms, work area and easy to navigate wi-fi. Very friendly and responsive staff. Breakfast (no hot foods). Rooms are small, so not ideal for families. 4 blocks from a BART Station.

This is a budget hotel. The room was very small, but had a refurbished bathroom. You need to let the shower run for 5 minutes before the hot water kicks in. Breakfast is on the 2nd floor and has a toaster, bagels, 2 types of cereal, yoghurts + coffee etc. breakfast is 7am-9am prompt. The real downside of this hotel is that the area has many people sleeping outside. Homelessness and drugs seem to the cause. Please please only turn right out the hotel and just be careful with your belongings. We were told on the first day that if you leave them alone they will leave you alone. This was true.
