Stayed here while attending a music festival. Not the best neighbourhood but the place was well worth the price. Fairly close to a lot of things! The pool was nice for a quick dip before starting the day too. You wouldn't expect a pool to be in a place in this location!

The room was nicely remodeled and comfortable although notably missing fridge and microwave. The lobby was nice and the staff was responsive and courteous. Continental.breakfast very minimal, Parking $50-$60/day. Sketchy neighborhood. Not particularly peaceful once in hotel room as the rooms are motel style surrounding a courtyard and we frequently dealt with door slammjng and yelling.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Checking in and out was a breeze. Hotel and room was clean and comortable. Breakfast was surprisingly decent with low carb egg bite options and tea. For the price the area is great, within walking distance to union square and china town. BART access is convenient making the rest of the city super accessible. It is downtown SF tho, so some surrounding streets feel super sketch. Despite this, hotel felt super safe.would totally stay here again.

El hotel tiene lo necesario para una estancia corta, es cómodo sin embargo quizá a algunas habitaciones que son pequeñas les retiraría algunos muebles ya que reduce el espacio para desplazarse. Desayuno adecuado y rico. La cama cómoda y la piscina esta de buen tamaño. La zona tiene buena ubicación cerca de market Street sin embargo a los alrededores hay bastantes homeless que de pronto pueden hacerte sentir un poco inseguro.

The hotel appears to be transitioning from Motel to Hotel. Noise: The first night, I was in a room off the street and I've never slept so badly. I heard people and cars all night. The second night I was moved to an interior room and that was much better. AC/Heat: There's no central air, but an overhead fan and wall heater. The heater worked well at night, but I couldn't set it to a desired temperature. Staff: In spite of these issues, I do want to commend the staff and management who were very responsive in finding me a better room after my experience.

This hotel does not even meet the most basic level of decency. It is unsafe, poorly maintained, and run with a complete lack of professionalism. I would strongly recommend that no one ever stays here under any circumstances. It is by far the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. The condition of the building, the broken facilities, the construction noise, and the behaviour of the staff mean that this hotel should not have any stars at all. It is not fit for guests in its current state. From missing features in rooms i.e. no safe in one and no refrigerator in another to rooms next door being gutted from 8am with heavy power tools and drilling next door and bellow us. not a fun or relaxing stay.

The bathroom door is to close to the toilet, so whenever we open the door, it would hit the toilet. Wish we had a better view, we had alleyway view. But rather than that, everything was great. Great customer service
