Avoid so it closes!

Terrible! Dialup would be a better option than the “guest” wifi. Very outdated rooms, including the window unit ac/heater directly from the 80’s. The provided breakfast is a joke. It’s a wide selection of TOAST. Hotel does not provide water to drink, even with breakfast. Instead, they kindly point you to the vending machine. To top it all off, you are also charged an additional parking fee of $12...for what?! Get your $’s worth and stay at the holiday inn next door.

The property was very dirty and old, was afraid to sleep in the bed. I was glad i had brought my own pillow and blanket with me from home. Room was very disappointing, Never again......

This hotel/motel is ok for a one night stay and thats about it. We checked out after the first night, it would have been sooner but didnt want to lose our money after checking in. This place didnt appear to be in a safe area as the staff reminded us not to leave personal items in the car. I would not recommend a stay here. The tv didn't work the sliding closet door was broken the tub drained slow carpet was dirty it had cheese on the floor so it may not have been cleaned properly before we arrived.

Hotel was nice but poor breakfast, waffles were old or stale. Coffee ran out within the first 30 minutes and the lady employee new it was empty and took really long to make more she was just standing there.Then at check out there was a customer at the front desk complaining that hes been standing there for 35 minutes and no front desk person. He asked an employee and the employee said he would call someone then the customer told me nobody was helping him for 35 minutes. After 45 minutes of no help the customer left tired of waitong and pissed off, the another employee walked buy said the front desk lady was on her break. I waited a total of 30 minutes so i believe it was a total of 1.5 hours of no help at the front desk !!! Unnaceptable !! Your not supposed to leave the front desk unnatended. You lost 1 person that wanted to get a room flr the night and have 2 customers that stayed the night pissed off ! When the lady employee front desk finally came back she didnt even appologise !!.

Front desk was rushing us out of the breakfast area at 8:45 indicating they close at 9 am. At exactly 9 am they closed the lights on us as we were finishing our breakfast and left us in the dark. When asked to please wait a few, she said No They Are Closed. Very rude customer Hospitality. She need to not work in hospitality setting and work as a time keeper.

Don't let the photos fool you. This is an older MOTEL with a newer Hilton Hotel built around it. The "restaurant & bar"are located across the parking lots in the Hilton and do not open until 5:00 PM, closing at 10:00 PM. The toilet is from a pre-school, the hot and cold waters are backwards in the basin, and the shower runs out of hot water halfway through the shower. Don't waste your money or time with this place. Also, parking is $12 a day extra.

Relação custo benefício e a proximidade pelo aeroporto optamos em ficar neste hotel. Não recomendo, pois, existem outros próximos que atendem e melhor. Para ir ao quarto vc tem que passar por área externa, se tiver chovendo ou ventando muito complica bastante. Café da manhã básico e com o quarto confortável. De zero a dez, nota 6,5.

Overpriced for the month and the day of our stay!

We have two complains. 1. This hotel was overpriced! We didn’t have a choice so had to settle for was available especially it was mid week on a Wednesday! Plus they charged $12.95 for parking your car! Seriously?! 2. Second problem was the TV! The remote did not have a guide or info what each channels were. For us, was very frustrating as we had to click on each single number to find anything. No info regarding the movies! Other than this hotel was just okay.

Super bad

Worn out cabinets, broken drawers, black spots in the mirror and wall in the bathroom. Large wet area on the carpet near the bathroom for 3 days! Must have a leak of some sort. Shower intermittently cold while running. Table blocks access to heater controls. After cleaning on day 2 they left me without washcloths. What a horrible experience I will not be back.

A disappointment for the price that they charge

Many things are broken in the hotel rooms. Furtniture, telephones, refrigerator,... The front desk staff is clueless. I think they just hire highschool kids with barely any training to man the front desk. I'd barely give it 2 stars.

The location was inconvenient for bus, train and walking. There was an enormous amount of black mold in the bathtub in the corners. The bath mat had what appeared to be a blood smear on it and there was a clipped fingernail on the vanity ledge below the hair dryer. I spoke to management and they agreed to give me a 30% discount.

Comfortable bed, Great location, looks ran down but once inside looked great. I wasnt aware of the $12 parking fee per night they had but what can you do once you were already there? Enjoyed every moment.

There was nothing "unique" about this property. appreciated the tidying up of our room. Wish there was additional blanket instead of having to call/request. What we didn't like/care for was the daily PARKING FEE which was not listed when making reservations; why not just include in reserving room so not HIT with additional expense at check in. minor annoyance was no cranberry juice - why not put a sign indicating no juice. rather loud rowdy guests who spoke & laughed loudly outside/outdoor hallways.
