Front desk was polite. Room is "no frills" but very clean. Parking was easy and right in front of my room. Quiet, clean and comfortable for those not looking for extras.

Decent, clean room, good location, inexpensive. I am upset that I have been told I have to leave for 3 hours for housekeeping. I have been here a week. They dont want to do housekeeping. It is an inconvenience.

the inn is not a chain and is staff is always friendly . i support local business . I am happy for on site parking near rooms . Glad rooms are street level and no need for stairs/elevator . local motel in downtown dining shopping san carlos area . Am lucky dec 6 last minute reservation . I sheltered here , my job nearby .the inn is small , fits right in the downtown plan ? Bed and pillows above average for me .so is the mini fridge-microwave / heater-ac / cable ,too.

I’ll be honest, it is not the greatest place to stay. The staff is super nice, the location for me is super convenient, but other than that if you aren’t getting it for $65/70 a night… I’m not sure you would agree with the value. Again, staff is super nice and pleasant, I just wish it was a little nicer.

The person who checked me in was quite friendly, gentle, and graceful. I genuinely appreciated the clean, warm room on a cold night with temperatures approaching below freezing. I shall visit, again, in the near future, San Carlos Inn.
