With the hotel being old and on a busy street, we heard a lot of noise at night. Our room, though was comfortable and the staff and common areas were excellent

The room was small, but charming, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was adequate included as was a very modest with charming happy hour. We enjoyed the fact that there were two sister hotels and you couldgo back-and-forth. The hotel was well located and close to some interesting music, galleries, retail and other cultural venues.

great location! felt safe walking around. the hotel itself is very cute and charming. we ended up having the smallest room on the property (the cozy queen) but had everything we needed for our stay. the walls are thin and if staying near the stairs or elevator you can hear the noises but that’s expected in an old building

My son and I really enjoyed our stay. It’s the thoughtful experience such as wine and nibbles, the continental breakfast, and the interesting curation of art that really made it special. Thank you. I definitely plan on coming back with my girlfriends.

My partner and I absolutely fell in love with this place. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect; restaurants, coffee shops, and small convenience store right across the street. This place has so much character. Everything from the gated elevator to the rounded pane windows overlooking the street. Our room had a fireplace which we used on a cold morning. It didn’t overheat the room and gave the room such a romantic feel. Bathroom, linens, and the room it self was super clean. Fresh towels were provided daily. If you are looking for a charming small hotel in the heart of things then I would highly recommend this place.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, large charming room, everything worked fine. The space in the room could be better utilized in my opinion, with different or rearranged furniture, but that’s a small bit to pick when our experience was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Union Square area.
