Room was good, had a great view of the ocean. Didn't realize how close to the beach the hotel was located. The only downside was for my particular room there was no heater so it became freezing in the middle of the night. Overall, good stay.

We got this place on a deal, which made it very worth it. Is it the best room you’ll ever stay at? No, but is it a great location with beach, Golden Gate Park and lots of food spots nearby? Yes it absolutely is and the staff members are nice and efficient.

Staff was very courteous and accommodating. My request for an upper floor was no problem and when I asked later for an extra blanket, they responded immediately. Room furniture and bathroom needs some updates, but was very clean and good bed and bedding. Overall, you cannot beat the location and view. It is literally on the beach. Small convenience store next door, and great food truck for Tacos in the parking lot at night. 400 ft from the Muni bus stop. Would book again

Nice stay close to the beach and park

The staff was nice easy check in. Right by the beach close walk to a coffee shop. Also right by Golden Gate Park and little store around the corner and a yummy taco truck.

WE did have a small view of the ocean waves and a frig beds are very comfortable, shower curtain rod was a spring loaded device that had no spring so was marginal to keep up. we had only one chair in the room for two queen beds but other wise functional.

Room smelled awful and no option for ventilation since windows had no screens. Toilet seat was peeling, furniture quality looked like dressers were picked up off the curb, TV didn’t work. Front desk never answered the phone over the two days. No microwave in room. Plus: very clean, great location.
