Staff was friendly. There is NO air conditioning so be prepared. Very close to the beach. The area is a lot like Myrtle Beach, it's kinda worn down with some sketchy figures and college kids mixed in. For what you pay at this hotel it's not bad and if I were in the area again I'd consider it. This is NOT a place I would bring young children however for adults it's fine.

This place is decent! Great location, helpful staff, decent price! The room was clean-ish! Stairways could use some more cleaning and the parking situation is rough after 9-10pm, but I’d stay here again cuz its benefits outweigh the detriments!

It is a great deal for the price. I would have preferred the room a little cleaner, in particular the floors, but the room didn’t feel dirty, just a little older. We had an amazing view of the beach. Great place to book if you are going to outside lands.

I stayed for two days. The ice machine was down but they had a fridge in the room that actually froze items so that was a plus. The room and property were clean. Perfect location and perfect price. Only downside is if you’re on floor 1 and 2 you will hear the person above you. Definitely will come back !

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Only hotel I could find with 3 beds. Nice to have a separate bedroom. No table coffee pot or microwave in the room. Staff was friendly. I could see they were trying to update the room with new paint and flooring but the mold in the grouting in the tub was gross . On a busy street but quiet around 10:30 pm

The location can’t be beat, across from the beach, The hotel itself was rough. The room itself was clean, the outdoor entry ways and stair cases to the the room were very dirty. There is a parking lot for the hotel with very few spaces and parking is at a premium so you may not find a parking spot…

There was no shower curtain , no liquid soap, no shampoo no elevator/ one of the seniors has a knee surgery and struggled to climb stairs, only on chair was in the room with 2 Queen beds. There was an odor in the room. We walked into a hot room with no Ac working. We checked in after 6pm and were out by 9am. It is sad that this spoil our vacation with this negative experience. Parking was good.
