Upgraded facilities are great for older motel. Flowers/plantings enhance appearance for city accommodation. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They advertise on Expedia that they have airport shuttle service. When I arrived they told me that the service has not been operational for a while. Had to pay $20 to get from hotel to airport. The hotel should have made concessions for not delivering on what they advertised on Expedia.

Convenient and comfortable stay close to SFO. I felt safe here because of the secured entrance with use of your key card to get access to the rooms. Never seen this kind of security.
