The room was clean, bed comfortable, night stands on both sides of the bed, friendly staff, location good with lots around. The room was a bit small/tight and the bathroom could use some hooks for clothes.… I must say we got used to it though. Good stay for the price.

We ended up having to stay longer after my surgery at stanford and the owner went out of his way to help us stay in the same room. the hotel is VERY clean. All staff is very kind. Will be staying here again.

As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in this motel. This is a budget, no frills place with small, clean rooms. The air conditioner worked pretty well. It was convenient to have a Keurig, fridge and microwave in the room. There’s a small window that opens in the bathroom. The bathroom drains were slow moving which was gross. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows seemed old and kind of hard. Plenty of t.v. channels to watch. The walls are thin, so pray for quiet neighbors. I would recommend staying on the top floor because you can hear everything above you if on the bottom floor. There was an ice machine close to my room. Lots of restaurants are within walking distance, and the area felt very safe. Parking was easy and it was nice to be able to park right outside my room. The outside garbage cans were completely full for the 3 days that I was there which is not a great look for the property. There is a designated smoking area in the parking lot. The young lady at the front desk was happy and friendly, and I appreciated her help. Overall, the price matched the simplicity of the place. I would stay here again if traveling through the area.

My wife and I stayed at the Lia hotel and loved it. We were here for the S.F. Giant’s game and it was a perfect walk to and from the park. It also is so close to Chinatown, Union Square, and downtown. The front desk manager, Vincent was awesome and we look forward to staying there again.

I can’t believe how wonderful this room was that I had here. It was quiet cool the bed was comfortable. The TV was crystal. Clear plenty of closet. Space I was more than impressed and in fact, I just booked another room for tonight. Thank you LIA HOTEL‼️

Bed clean, pillows clean, shower and towels clean, everything was good for the price. I travel for work, need cheap hotels. good for price. only con, floor was dirty. so make sure to keep something for your feet like house shoes or slippers unless you want whatever bacteria is on that hard floor all over your feet. But seaside from what i would advise them to do and clean the floor. Was a 10/10 spot for the price and would 100 percent stay again when i need it location wise. Staff was very friendly, the bed was comfy, and the shower was good.
