Location is excellent; it is near the airport and all the amenities you night need are nearby in Millbrae. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking garage is convenient and relatively cheap for the area ($15 per night) The facility itself, while clean, is rather rundown and showing its age. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and noise was an issue. We could hear the next door neighbor every time they ran the bathroom sink, shower, etc. Breakfast was execrable, unfortunately. Suitable for a convenient place near the airport.

The hotel staff was lovely and very helpful. Breakfast included was nice and the selection was really good. The rooms were ok and left a lot to be desired. Furniture and bathrooms were not what the photos showed. I felt the images didn’t depict the hotel properly. You have to swipe far in the photos to see the hotel doors open to the outside. Overall for one night it was fine but maybe not a hotel I would seek out again.

Stayed with my adult children. We loved it. Very clean. Beautiful grounds with fragrant flowers and lots of seating. Really nice pool. Room was large and clean with two queen beds and a full kitchen. Great water pressure in the bathroom and it had body wash, shampoo and lotion dispensers. Free breakfast every morning.(waffles, eggs sausage, potatoes, cold cereal, pastries, juice , coffee and tea(24hrs) lots of local food options near by. I would 100% stay here again. Oh and it’s near Bart/Caltrans and the airport.
