One of my favorite hotels to stay at in the city. Always feel safe and comfortable in their rooms, it's a beautiful hotel, great bar and the piano is always played weekends and really sets a great tone to a stay in the city. The rooftop bar is an awesome experience as well, the views are incredible. The price is worth it, usually only like 50 bucks more than other poorly tended hotels and its right across from a Walgreen's and smack dab in the middle of union square!

The Beacon Grand was a nice hotel to stay at in Union Square. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Cable car access right outside of hotel. The physical hotel room was basic and small, but clean and all we needed for two nights.

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night for business purposes. Check in was okay, room was clean, bright and very comfortable. Bar on the mezzanine level was nice (little expensive and took too long for a drink). Check out was quick and fast and the hotel was close to the office, restaurants and shopping!!
