I absolutely adored this hotel! From the gorgeous lobby to the nostalgic elevators and the friendly staff, I would absolutely book it again if I ever visited San Francisco in the future. Our room was a little small so we couldn't get pass each other between the bed and the desk which was a little annoying, and there wasn't anywhere to put your toiletries - but the overall experience more than made up for the minor inconvenience. Thank you for the complimentary morning coffee and Sherry! We had a wonderful time.

Great place to stay, walking distance from a lot of places and easy access to public transportation, also super clean and all the staff super nice, if you have time for to the theater in the second floor, they have great plays! Vi will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is a charming 1920’s vintage. The room was very clean and the mattress and bedding very comfortable. The shower was strong with lots of hot water and good washing products. Staff was accommodating. Breakfast is cookies and weak coffee.

Muy buen lugar, es muy bonito el hotel y de estilo antiguo, la habitación era amplia con baño propio y con regadera/tina, había secadora de pelo, plancha para ropa con su mesa, tenía un pequeño frigobar. No tiene restaurante pero hay buenos lugares cerca para comer. Está muy accesible todo alrededor y me sentí muy seguro todo el tiempo, hay muchas personas caminando por las calles. La estación del BART y el Muni están muy cerca y de ahí es muy fácil moverse a donde sea. Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel y no dudaría en volver a quedarme cuando vuelva de visita.
