The location was very convenient with parking and close to restaurants where you can walk to. The staff was very friendly and I felt that it was in a good area and felt safe . The rates for the Symphony Imm was reasonable and I would definitely go back and stay there again .

The room was very nice, comfortable, and large. My family and I were pleased to find two king beds in a SF motel, let alone free parking! We felt safe and comfortable. Taking an Uber to the Castro Theatre was very easy from there. Also there is an elevator, which was a relief because my daughter was on crutches. There are not many amenities, but we were still pleased with our stay and would stay there again.

This place is a great value. Free parking but it is limited so get in early. The spots can be tight as well. The lot is VERY well lit. The room was clean and quiet. I was at the end of the 2nd floor sharing a wall that was on Grove on a Friday night to give some context to the quiet. The bed and pillows were pretty good too even when compared to higher priced places as I slept well (bed was not saggy, pillows were not flat).
