The property is excellent. As was the staff. I did have a problem with a drunken, noisy couple in the adjacent room, but hotel management resolved the problem by moving me to a nicer, quieter room. I was still a bit upset in the morning, but the manager offered me breakfast. It was such a wonderful experience I left extremely happy!

The hotel was fine. Everyone was friendly.. I thought it was absolutely ridiculous that I had to pay $45 for parking after I booked a room and there was a fee called the destination fee for $25. I thought those two fees were absolutely ridiculous.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The airport shuttle was great. The hotel and staff were superb. I can recommend it, but if you are here to visit SF, it is obviously not centrally located.
