A very nice stay in a convenient location. The daily cleaning service was appreciated. There was a nice outside area for games and a bonfire. This would be a nice place for a family or a group with kids.

Amazing place to stay for families! Close to pier 39 and the hotel has a fun outdoor area to play games and they give you s’mores to make over the fire pits. Offered bottle waters and toys for the kids during check in.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Zephyr and I would recommend it. We had a few issues on arrival with our room but these were resolved and a big thank you to Peter the handyman. The room was cleaned, beds made and fresh towels everyday, the cleaning team worked super hard. The location is really close to Pier 39 and super near to the Boudin bakery for great food & coffee for breakfast.

Be aware they charge you $75 per day when you check in at the desk. This includes, 1 plastic water bottle, 2 s'mores per person for the entire length of the stay, and wifi (I'm on vacation why do I care?) Other than that it was very nice, look for cheaper options because the public transport in SF is great so the central location isn't needed

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zephyr! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39, and many great restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We especially loved the outdoor courtyard with games and fire pits—it was a great place to relax, and our 7-year-old son had so much fun. The hotel has a unique atmosphere that makes your stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting San Francisco!

We stayed two nights and, thanks to its location, we were able to make the most of our time for excursions outside the city and visits to the center. In fact, many meeting points are close to the hotel, as is located near the terminus of the famous cable car.

The room itself was quite nice and clean but the hallways in the hotel were endless and confusing and the different elevators were not well marked or explained. We kept getting lost in this enormous hotel. The hotel had a super casual city vibe and s’mores were offered upon arrival. The hotel employees did not seem super professional but were friendly enough. The location of the hotel was great for sightseeing. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work at all. Overall, not my favorite hotel but a decent choice.
