Clean rooms, decent breakfast, good cleaning service. The only downsides: both of the rooms were booked in the 5th floor smelled like sewers. The area is a not sketchy. Also, our coffee machines in both rooms didn’t work.

The beds were comfortable and the location within easy reach of the city attractions. The photos online are from a past refurbishment. The actual rooms and main lobby look much more tired than the photos. There isn’t air conditioning in all rooms and the rooms get very warm. A comfortable stay but not awesome.

Overall a pleasant stay. Hotel staff is very helpful. Beware that there are no ACs in the rooms. You have to request one specificcaly with AC. do not assume that all rooms have one. Breakfast is only black coffee with croissants and muffins. Just something to keep you going in the morning. no extra perks. does the job if you want to stay close to union square. The neighbourhood is not safe and you see a lot of homeless people around.

A clean and simple hotel close to the main streets of downtown San Francisco, a block or two south of Market Street. It’s a 15-minute walk to the Union Square. There’s a lot of shopping and dining in the area and transportation is of easy access. The room I booked has a king bed and there’s a lot of space to open my suitcase. The beddings and towels were new and clean. There’s free breakfast which you can get from near the front desk and that you can bring to your room to eat. The staff were nice and helpful. The price is very reasonable for downtown SFO. I will book in this hotel when I’m back in San Francisco.
