The hotel overall was very nice. The room was newly remodeled and the air worked great. The elevator is being renovated and there was often a large wait and also it was looked in disrepair. It was a great location. Parking was expensive. Parking was at the Westin a few buildings down.

Welcoming staff. Parking is next door which is super convenient. Hotel room felt like a nice studio in New York with concert floors which made it feel oddly cleaner. Although it’s by the tenderloin, there are many options to shop, eat, and grab drinks. Overall, it was a pleasant surprise and would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed for 1 night. I am a stickler for cleanliness and this hotel fulfilled our concerns. Simple yet chic, bathroom clean, floor clean, bedding clean...very clean all around. Check in was smooth and reception was great! I didn't get the name, but this young man was very professional and recommended things for us to do. Hotel location was wonderful and nearby a great diner named "Pinecrest Diner". You will also be nearby Union Square and about 15 minutes away from Fishermen Dwarf. This hotel has a restaurant Corzetti but we didn't get a chance to get by. We are road tripping and choose this hotel due to covered parking which is valet, cost was $57, but my husband needed to know his truck was safe. Definitely will stay here when we visit San Francisco again.
