The staff were friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The place is 2 minutes walk from the union square & near CVS, Walgreens, Starbucks & 711. The location of the hotel is very convenient.

The hotel was nice but spa and health Club were closed due to COVID yet movies were $20 to watch. It would have been nice if they could have comped that in exchange.

Front desk couldn’t store our bags and we had to haul our bags all day on our last day, ruined the day for us to continue sight seeing. It would of been nice to know that ahead of time before booking or upon check in. I could of made other arrangements but was not notified.

Due to covid there is so many things that the hotel doesn’t offer anymore- like a bellman (even just holding your luggage while you have lunch when you checkout is not available) to the operator- you can’t call the front desk- you have to leave a message and they will Call you back. On top of that the air condition made loud noises all night - couldn’t sleep. Not worth it to stay here - I’m was totally disappointed
